Evil Blood
For the Dutch thrombosis foundation we created this book trailer to promote their free bloodcurdling thriller novel.
We were asked by agency MindWize to create a short animation that promotes the novel and calls the audience to download a free copy of the book. While the writer was still working on her story we created a booktrailer, similar to a movie trailer. We show the book in which a few scenes of the story come to life, but without giving away too much of the story.
The entire film was created out of real paper. No CGI or any other special Effects were used.
The film was selected for multiple (animation) film festivals world wide and won a silver light bulb in the category Animation/Motion at the Dutch Creativity Awards 2021.
