This is a short promotional film for the municipality of The Hague.
For this film, we made a scaled model of the main area of the city with 1mm thick cardboard layers and built and animated it layer by layer, frame by frame, on 15 different locations in the city until it was finished. Everything was shot in time lapse and stop motion.
